Hats off to all adults who have tried to learn a new sport, because it’s not that easy. When I decided to take up skiing a few years ago, I felt a little embarrassed standing on the beginner’s slope while kindergarteners whizzed past me. What helped me make the transition from the pizza to the French fry technique was thinking about all the cute ski clothes I could wear for my new hobby. There, I said it. I care about how I look, okay? You can judge me all you want, but you can’t deny that the right clothes are half the fun.
My Instagram and TikTok algorithms have obviously recognized my enthusiasm for skiing, because my feeds are regularly filled with snowy slopes, Aspen lodges, Saint Moritz landscapes, and, of course, stylish women wearing a mix of functional clothing and casual après-ski outfits. After scrolling through the dozens of photos I’ve saved this winter, I’ve filtered out the five key trends that will continue to gain traction through the end of the season. Scroll down to shop.
